Service and contact

NouPilot helps you record meals and analyze plate photos to obtain estimated foods and nutrition information. Questions can be sent to everyone@noupilot.com.

Analyses are estimates. Review foods and portions before adding them to your routine. The app does not diagnose conditions or replace professional medical or nutrition advice.

Accounts

You can begin as a guest or sign in with Apple. These access methods maintain separate identities. Protect access to your device and credentials, and contact support if you lose access.

Seven-day free period

The free period begins with the first successfully completed meal analysis and lasts for seven 24-hour periods. During that period, an account can complete up to four analyses per day, counted in UTC. No payment method is required to try the service. After seven days, photo analysis requires active Plus access; manual meal recording remains available.

The end of the free period does not start a subscription or create an automatic charge.

NouPilot Plus

If you choose to subscribe where Plus is available, Plus lets you continue analyzing plate photos, subject to the daily plan limit shown in the app. Review the localized price and conditions displayed by Apple before purchasing. Availability is not guaranteed for every country or storefront. A subscription renews automatically until canceled in App Store settings.

Apple manages purchases, restorations, billing, and cancellation. Deleting your NouPilot account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage your subscription in the App Store.

Your content and acceptable use

Submit only photos and information you have the right to use. NouPilot processes submitted content to provide the service and show results to your account. Do not use the service to violate third-party rights, bypass access controls, or automate consumption without authorization.

Availability and changes

The service and individual analyses may sometimes be unavailable or contain errors. If an analysis cannot be completed, you can try again or record the meal manually. Material updates to these terms will appear on this page with a revised date.
